How do I know my bracelet size?

  1. Grab a piece of string and wrap around the desired part of your wrist.
  2. Carefully cut the string it to meet end-to-end at the desired spot.
  3. Lay the piece of string flat on an even surface and measure the entire length.
  4. Add up to 2cm to the measured length depending on the style of the bracelet (e.g. 0cm for adjustable, 1cm for elastic, 2cm for bangles, etc.).

What is the difference between customised and personalised accessories?

Customised accessories are usually entirely made from scratch, fully guided by your interests and preferences. If desired, a 'template' can be offered to you to give you some ideas.

Personalised accessories are 'templated' accessories that have options to personalise some elements of the jewellery; for example, adding initials or names, or picking your birthstone or zodiac, etc.

What materials are used in your products?

Please refer to individual product page to see detailed breakdown of materials used in each item.

In general, stainless steel is preferred for metallic jewellery for their longevity; and naturally-occurring elements such as cotton threads, gemstones, and crystals for a more 'organic' feel.

What are your efforts towards sustainability?

  • We are proud to be plastic-free in all of our packaging materials, including shipping boxes, satchels, labels, protective packaging, and jewellery packaging.
  • Where possible, we try to source all of our materials via ethical and sustainable channels. It is not easy being a small, independent business—but we hope we'll get there!

When will I get my order?

Current processing time is 1 to 3 business days for made-to-order items before it is dispatched. Ready-to-ship items will be shipped out one business day after the sale.

Where do you ship from?

All items are shipped from Torquay, VIC, Australia.

What is your shipping policy?

  • We do not currently offer free shipping.
  • For shipping time estimates to your address, please refer to the checkout page.
  • All made-to-order items will be shipped out after set processing time (depending on volume).
  • All ready-made items will be shipped out on the following business day.

Can I change/cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to process any changes or cancellations to your order once it is submitted.

What is your return/refund policy?

  • Items damaged under general wear and tear, misuse, and/or mishandling will not be eligible for a return/refund.
  • We do not offer a change of mind return/refund; all sales are final.
  • If a faulty item has been received, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to discuss your options. Depending on the availability, we may able to replace the item or offer you a refund.
  • If you believe your item is lost during shipment, please contact your courier first; if they are unable to resolve your issue, please get in touch with us and we will try to resolve it for you.
